This white paper, produced in partnership with the Prenatal-to-3 Policy Impact Center at Vanderbilt University and United Way of Greater Nashville's Raising Readers Nashville, takes a close look at how much child care Davidson County can actually provide — and where it’s falling short. The next phase of this study will be starting soon, surveying early childhood education providers to understand actual enrollment, slot availability, and the cost of care — crucial data for guiding policy and funding decisions.
